POSITION OVERVIEW:
Title: Account Administrator (Intern) 
Location: 175 Galaxy Avenue, Suite 202, Etobicoke, ON
Duration: September 6, 2017 to December 22, 2017 (40 hours per week)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Compensation: Hourly Wage

THE POSITION
As the Account Administrator (Intern) on the Consumer & Loyalty team, you will assist the Account Team with the management and execution of various sales related promotions and events for our clients across Canada. This will involve being a direct source of support for the team in the organization of suppliers, vendors and field sales representative management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Must have a passion for and knowledge of marketing and/or sales
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills & professional telephone manner
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • ​Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • ​Willing to work flexible hours; this is not your typical 9 to 5!
  • Excellent planning, and organizational skills
  • Outgoing personality, creative mind with “out of the box” thinking for communication & brainstorming
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  
  • Bachelor Degree, Diploma, or Post Graduate Certificate in Business or Marketing preferred;
  • Previous or current sales experience is an asset but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation a definite asset
  • Experience working with a marketing organization or agency a definite asset but not required
